21. NiSi DUS Ultra Slim PRO C-PL
NiSi is a young Chinese company specializing in photographic filters. They were launched on the market not long before the publication of our first test. It’s worth checking whether their brand name competitors have anything to worry about.

Design, usage and summary
The ring fits well but its resistance while turning is a bit uneven. The filter is glued in or pressed (it’s hard to say). Despite the lack of multi-coatings it is difficult to clean. The box is not ergonomic to say the least of it.Flat spectrum characteristics with a small decrease at the short-wave end. Good damping down of green, a bit worse in the case of red. The amount of unwanted light which passes through remains still small. The filter becomes translucent in infrared very quickly.
