Cons: Lack of weathersealing, no MF clutch, lens hood is not included. The front lens cap is that super slim piece of garbage which you ofc cant take off if the hood is on. Aperture mechanism is a bit loud when stopping down (1.0 fw). It was improved with a firmware update.

Pros: Exceptional sharpness and rendering. Respectable AF speed, excellent build quality and design.

Summary: A lens that squarely aims at the big strengths of MFT an thats compact and fast tele lenses. Tho by the looks of the 9mm f1.7, it seems things are changing even on the wide end.

Cons: At MSRP, it\'s quite expensive but on the other end there isn\'t anything like it in the MFT system The lens hood is sold separately and it has a finnicky design. Awkward focal length for casual photography.

Pros: Build quality is excellent. The optics are superb. Lenses like these make me wish Olympus made more of these sharp fast primes (75mm f1.2 PRO would likely make quite a bit of waves in photography community if the managed to maintain the sharpness like on 45/1.2, or bring back the fabled 150mm f2.0 4/3 lens) rather than focusing on making more slow bazooka zooms.

Summary: If you do portrait photography, you can\'t go wrong with this one. Otherwise you may find the focal length a bit awkward.

Cons: - Ankward focal lenght - Autofocus is not the fastest - Average minimal focusing distance

Pros: - Very nice metal barrel - Quite small and light for a 150mm equivalent - Very good sharpness - Smooth bokeh

Summary: Another legendary lens for micro 4/3. It\'s well build and not big at all. You can easily carry it all the time, which is surprising for such a long focal lenght. Optical quality is near perfect, the lens is very sharp with gentle smooth bokeh. Not as good as the PRO serie but with the added compression, you can get very pleasing results. Plus, it\'s now quite affordable second hand. If you like portraits, the lens is great. It\'s not easy to master for general use due to very long focal lenght. But it helps you seeing the world differently and you may use it for sports, events, concerts... if your distance to the subject is right. I think minimal focus distance could have been better, everything else is excellent. Beware, this is NOT a remplacement for a 135mm lens. It\'s a high quality lens and it offers similar bokeh but it\'s equivalent to a 150mm in FF which is different.

Cons: No lens hood. AF not super fast No weatherproof

Pros: High quality full metal body; F 1.8, 150mm equivalent; Ultra sharp, since f1.8; Small and light

Summary: I use a lot this lens, for portraits, landscapes, concerts, and so on. The results are top quality. A must have lens.

Cons: AF could be faster. Focal length in some situations a tad too long (not the fault of the lens). Lens hood not included and sold by Olympus for an obscene price. I bought the generic hood from JJC for half of the price. Perfect match.

Pros: Optically close to perfection. Beautiful colors. Just perfect, not over-saturated. Relatively small and unobtrousive. Ideal for stealth portraits. Wonderful mild and smooth bokeh, One of the best I have ever seen.

Summary: A wonderful lens. Together with the Nocticron by far the best m43 prime. Better than the 25 f1.2. Cannot be replaced by, for example, a 40-150 f2.8 Pro, as the Bokeh is lightyears better. If you have the money, buy it. You will never regret.

Cons: At least a lens hood should be included at that price

Pros: Suberb and excellent lens, crisp sharp even at full aperture, flawless built quality, nice bokeh. Would like to grant 6 points on optical quality. I have done crops of 1/3×1/3 the image size that looked just like uncropped images of other lenses.

Summary: A "must have" for MFT enthusiasts who like telephoto photography. It has its price but I dont regret spending it.

Pros: Probably the most sharpen Zuiko lens. Superlatives results (with an Olympus E-M5). A beautiful piece of glass and metal. Nice job Olympus :)

    Summary: A must have.
