Cons: the hood is too short

Summary: Outstanding with a cheap price. Qualify to be top of the line \"A\" Art Series

Cons: the hood is too short
Pros: excellent optical performance for M4/3, comparable to Oly 75/1.8 in many ways except maximum aperture, even in macro photography is great, very modern and minimalist design
Summary: A big step better than the Sigma 30/2.8 and 19/2.8 ART for the m4/3, produces outstanding images

Cons: Only f/2.8, no OSS, for Sony APSC only the inner focus field usable in AFC mode.
Pros: Image quality, sharpness, light weight, compact, longest APSC telephoto lens for E-Mount cameras.
Summary: Very good perfomance for a small price. In my opinion the best alternative compared to the Sel 50 f/1.8 OSS or the Sigma 56 f/1.4 if you dont need a faster lens or more bokeh. I use it mainly for landscape photography.

Cons: Poor grip especially while mounting, lens hood too short for this focal length, rattling
Pros: Fast, silent and accurate AF, excellent price/value ratio, best lens in this focal length for Sony E-APSC-cameras
Summary: Good overall image quality but resolution is a little bit overstrained by Sony's NEX7 24 Mpx if you like your picture details to be displayed by 100 %. The sharpness does not compete against Zeiss lenses for this camera, but it might work out fine on a NEX5.

Cons: Needs careful handling for safety; barrel can mark easily (have added my own protector grip); well-known Sigma 'rattle' can be off-putting at times but lens works very well
Pros: Top rate performer on a price/performance scale - unbeatable value with excellent results to satisfy the discerning. If Sigma can do it, so can others...if they want to!
Summary: Great buy with an astonishing payback in results, handling and performance. 'Best in the bag' for me and adds another picture-taking dimension. Excellent +++ with nothing comparable to touch it.
