Cons: New it is expensive for a manual focus lens, fortunately I bought it used.

Pros: Beautiful bokeh with nice tranistion, gorgeous colors and resolution. An important advantage is that Loxia is specifically designed for the Sony alpha series (special optical formula for digital sensor)

Summary: This is my all around lens

Pros: Impeccable construction and extraordinary mechanics that I ever seen!!! It is a manual lens with exif data. You can olso deselect the stop aperture click for video. Loxia Biogon 35/f2 have very high contrast which is very good for photojournalism, dramatic portraits etc

    Summary: Outstanding mechanics and optics!!
