Cons: Heavy and large for an APS-C Lens Some flaring when shooting into light, which is expected on a very wide angle lens
Pros: Well made Fast 2.8 lens Quite sharp on Canon R Allows 4K video with wide angle shooting Audto focus works well with the Canon R, on stills and video, no issues
Summary: This lens allows a Canon R owner to shoot in 4K video with a fast 2.8 lens while retaining a sharp image and wide angle coverage

Cons: none, maybe bigger filter size
Pros: Very useful UW zoom lens, sharp, not too heavy, very good built
Summary: If you are lucky to get a sharp copy, it is excellent lens, one of a kind. I had two copies of tokina 11-16 and was not very impressed by IQ. My Tokina 11-20mm is much better in this regard. There are very different opinions about quality of this lens on internet, so there has to be huge sample variation.

Cons: Bulky, bit plasticky, terrible focus mechanism, bad field curvature.
Pros: Good center sharpness, constant f/2.8.
Summary: The corners never really get sharp, so it\'s no good for architecture. But if you need the fastest UWA zoom, it gets the job done and has no adversary. Good enough.

Cons: The resolution at the edge of th APC sensor is very weak. I have tested two samples so far with the same result. With aperture 2.8 you can barely get usable images, stopping down to f4 makes it only slightly better. At f8 I would consider the sharpness as good. Unfortunately there is no better lens with aperture 2.8 for Canon avIlable.
Pros: There is no alternative with f2.8 available...
Summary: I bought this lens mainly to take pictures from ths Milky Way. I had not yet a chance to do this.
