Price: 299 GBP

Cons: A bit soft wide open. Distorts quite easily. Slow aperture. 18mm is not very wide.
Pros: It's a 10X zoom and great as a one lens solution when traveling. Best used stopped down one stop.
Summary: Can make good images especially with IBIS cameras for long end work. Good value for plenty of telephoto.

Cons: Distortion especially on low end (but could be compensated with programs like PTLens..). Saturation of colors to extreme. Mechanical precision acceptable for the price given.
Pros: Very lightweight and compact for 10x zoom. Versatile for different use case. Especially helpful for simple snapshot photography.
Summary: Worth the money and makes fun as an universal solution for everyday situation. Low aperture range works better with Olympus E-3 and E-5 than E-1.

Cons: no real wide angle. a little soft at full zoom. not weather sealed. slow for indoor and low light use.
Pros: Very good sharpness at f7 and higher. good reach. capable of really good telemacro shots. versatile travel lens.
Summary: A real good one-lens travel kit. In good lighting conditions, can produce excellent, sharp pictures. Not too bulky as some other ultrazooms of this range.

Cons: Not water proof, slow aperture, IQ compromises with 10x zoom. Wide end equivalent to 36mm. Not very wide.
Pros: 10x zoom light weight and small given the 360mm equivalent length. IQ good when stopped down a little.
Summary: Good for sunny vacation shots. I have some very good shots of my kid in Disneyworld taken with this lens.
