Cons: Heavy, but that is to be expected with this level of build quality.
Pros: Stunning image quality, lovely focus fall off, nice boke, implementation of focus ring is superb - I find this lens so easy to fine focus, particularly in the short to mid range. Ability to shoot into the sun.
Summary: I have no regrets with this lens purchase - which was not cheap, but I think that it represents great value. It is three lenses in one: portrait, landscape, macro It is an unusual focal length, at least for me, however it allows me to shoot a scene just as my mind sees it. It may not be a literal reproduction (like a 43mm focal length), but it is how I envision things. I am not using my 1.4/85mm nearly as much as I used to.
