Cons: No tripod foot; not the lightning-fast focus one would wish; easily sucks in dust that ends up in the front of the lens, so not huge a problem, but irritating. Not the best OS.
Pros: Light, compact, sharp and works on all my DSLR and ML cameras. Works great with Sigma\'s TCs. Reliable, able to produce stunning shots.
Summary: I have taken tens of thousands of shots with my lens, and compact. Reliable, but for best result use S and use 1/1000, and use the OS to keep the viewfinder steady, first and foremost. The zoom is so smooth, it is amazing, especially compared to the PANASONIC-Leica 100-400. I really love this lens, and I am sure I\'ll use it for many years more. Whishes would be slightly faster AF, and dust-proofing. Sadly, my copy suffered a total power loss the other day, as I was switching cameras. The Aperture froze fully open, so it can be used as a fully manual lens, but I hope Sigma will be able to fix it.

Cons: Sigma needs to make it in Fuji XF mount and Olympus M43 mount and in Sony E mount.
Pros: Super sharp wide open, very lightweight, great autofocus even when used with adapters.
Summary: I bought this lens in Canon mount to use on my Sony A7R2 with the Sigma MC-11 adapter as well as on my Olympus E-M1 with the Kenko Canon-OlympusM43 Autofocus adapter. It works really well with both. I only wish it was made in native olympus and sony and fuji mounts. I am certain this lens is sharper on the E-M1 than the panasonice 100-400 and I think Sigma is missing a key market there. It is even just as light and small as the Panasonic lens. I really wish lenstip would test this lens with one of the Sigma teleconverters as I wonder how sharp it would be with a 1.4 teleconverter compared to the sigma 150-600 lenses.
