Cons: Zooming in on images, the lens displays slight chromatic aberration with blue halos (usually to the left) around heavily-contrasted objects and slight red halos (to the right), but images are still perfectly usable and if it bothers me I can remove them quickly in post. No OIS (but this was expected) so you\'ll need a tripod or gimble for video.
Pros: Fantastic build quality which feels solid and smooth in the hand. Snappy AF. Lovely colours and sharp images, with very little vignetting around the edges. ƒ1.4 allows for some beautiful bokeh and excellent portraits.
Summary: I am in love with this lens! Since I bought it, it\'s become my new prime lens due to its small size, lovely image quality and quick AF. It\'s a cracker for taking on-the-go portraits, and is perfect for nature snaps, with vivid, smooth colours and great sharpness. It\'s an affordable and perfectly capable substitute for more expensive lenses, and I can highly recommend.
