Cons: Soft corners at f2.5 Weak backlight contrast Muted color compared to Nikon 40mm f2 SE Plastic build (but not cheaply built)
Pros: Full frame coverage! Really really cheap for what it brings Fast and silent AF Lightweight! Metal mount Good sharpness center even at f2.5, ok corner sharpness at f4 40mm focal length is versatile Firmware updated via USB-C port on the lens
Summary: This is truly a bargain for anyone who purchase a fullframe camera from Sony, Nikon and need an all-around, lightweight lens with fast apeture instead of a pricy, slow kit lens.
