Price: $15
User profile: Amateur
Cons: very soft at F/3.5. (compensate by maxing out in-cam sharpness by +2) full-on manual, on MFT, (if you're patient, it won't be an issue.) poor performance in low-light and indoors. (outdoors, different story)
Pros: at 2X crop factor of a MFT camera, this becomes a stabilized telephoto lens (70-210mm range) not in your face range! think street photography/ in your face! think portrait w/ buttery bokeh. weights in plus adapter at 14 oz./400 grams. a tad lighter than oly pen's heaviest lens.
Summary: don't buy over $30 for it. i use it w/ my olympus pen and actually happy w/ it (not as much as the 50mm f1.7)

User profile: Semipro
Cons: Not as sharp as its earlier version. 35mm is narrow...u know.
Pros: Compact size, light weight and acceptable overall build quality.
Summary: I'm not sure it's either my luck to got this 'degrade' copy or was it the lens is already like this since it is produced. Optically is not sharp. I need to stop down at least F7.1 to F11 to get myself "sharper" image. Else all will be "soft". It is not really soft or what but, just, not sharp alright. I suggest, skip this one and go for the one with "Macro", u'll be astonished by its performance!
