Cons: Slightly soft corners in FX Bokeh is pretty harsh in still shots.
Pros: Good bang for the buck. Fast focus and pretty sharp centers. Nice zoom range and light weight.
Summary: Good lense for DX and not even too shabby for FX depending on what you are shooting. Things 200-300 aren't quite as good as 70-200 but still not too bad. You could do a lot worse for the money.
