Cons: Dark corners at largest apertures.

Pros: Professional build quality, super sharp, lightning fast AF, perfect ergonomics, standard 77 mm filter ring.

Summary: Buy it if you need f2.8, otherwise an f4 lens will save a lot of weight.

Pros: Super sharp for a telephoto zoom. Works brilliantly with my 1.4x TCII and 2x TCIII. Fast accurate AF and VR is brilliant.

Summary: I use it on my D700 and D7000 and also with my TC's. A very versatile zoom which gives superlative results.

    Cons: Expensive, quite heavy

Pros: Super sharp, very fast and accurate AF, build to withstand heavy use. A pricy lens but there's no doubt about the quality.

Summary: I use mine on a D90 to shoot race bikes and other fast moving things. I am really happy about it. It's by far the best lens i own. Highly recommended!
