Overall
Owner since: 6 months
Price: A$ 300
User profile: Semipro
Cons: yes, it is soft at f2.8
Pros: at f8 and f11 sharp and good contrast to the corners on full frame, autofocus reliable, build quality nearly L - grade
Summary: fantastic quality on my 5D Mk II, much better than any of the zooms in that range, but I think you need to know how to use this lens to be happy - otherwise stick with your zooms :)

Cons: Soft corners at all f/stop
Pros: Good for film cameras (small and light) Inexpensive for a very wideangle.

Cons: SOFT SOFT SOFT,,,,,Center corners everywhere...I returned it back
Pros: My favourite focal length 20mm on ASP-C camera. Fast 2.8. Fast Focusing. Nice size not big not small. You can hide on your jacket pocket.
Summary: Canon should do something to improve her primes....especially the cheapp ones.
