Fujifilm Fujinon XF 16 mm f/2.8 R WR
1. Introduction
Fujinon managed to surprise me. They launched the Fujinon XF 16 mm f/2.8 R WR model which is their third f/2.8 prime and a macro lens too. The dimensions of the lens were the second surprise. Keeping in mind how small the Samsung NX 2.4/16 was, I was sure that the new Fujinon lens would be a small, shapely pancake. Still Fujifilm have chosen their own way – and I suppose not without reasons. Our task now is to check how the new lens performs in practice and we are going to enjoy that very much.
