Cons: Have to stop down to f5.6 to get useful results, especially at 200mm. Doesn't focus very accurately. It's a little heavy and the focal length isn't really suited well for crop-sensored cameras, IMHO.
Pros: Very sharp when stopped down as described above.
Summary: I'd pass on this and save up for something better or go for something like a 70-300 IS from Canon.

Cons: A little misfocusing with my Pentax K10D, fortunately I can tune it in debug mode.
Pros: Fine build, fast focus, amazing image quality especially above F4, when compared with my other lenses. Now I must buy a better normal zoom, too
Summary: Excellent lens for this price!

Cons: autofocus is breathing a bit at 7D plastic look when tripod mount is detached no weather sealing
Pros: excellent sharpness in the center value for money good handling good performance on crop cameras
Summary: I like this lens very well. Its built quality could be better and I would prefer to have weather sealing, but for the money it is quite OK.
