You can clearly notice that on the smaller sensor the distortion won’t be seriously bothersome anywhere. Even at the widest angle of view you can describe it as medium at most. Such a result is a bit better than that of the Canon 24-105 mm f/4.0L but that instrument had lower values at longer focal lengths for a change.

On full frame the distortion bothers us much more but it is hardly a surprise. At the widest angle it reaches a high level of almost – 5.0%. It is low only near 40 mm but at the longer focal lengths it becomes significant again, reaching over 2%.
