Pros:

perfect picture quality in the center of the frame at all focal lengths and aperture ranges.
perfect picture quality at the edges of the frame at 100-200 mm focal length
chromatic aberration almost invisible at 100 mm focal length
very small distortion
perfect coma correction
very small astigmatism
no problems with vignetting
great work against bright light
fast and quiet autofocus,
solid body
well endowed package (carrying case, lens hood cap, inbuilt tripod mount)
three year guarantee (or up to five years with extra payment)

Cons:

visible front focusing
average picture quality at the edges of frame at 300 mm focal length

Sigma 100-300 mm f/4 is one of the best verifocal lenses that we tested. Looking at the Pros and Cons comparison you can say only one thing - it is equipment worth recommending!
