The build quality of Summicron-M 50 mm f/2.0, its small dimensions, tasteful body, combination with a small and discreet Leica M9 makes this equipment not only joyful for our senses, but also makes us want to take it in our hands and go to the city to take a few pictures. The quality of those pictures will definitely not let us down. The lens generates really sharp images and the number of its advantages is large. The only problem is that with the price of 2000 $ that we have to pay for Summicron, we’d like a few less cons. Vignetting at a full frame and these parameters of the lens is unavoidable, so that’s a price we’re ready to pay. Coma’s a different story, in this equipment class it should be smaller.
