Olympus Zuiko Digital 14-54 mm f/2.8-3.5

3 March 2010

9. Ghosting and flares

The next of the Four Thirds system’s advantages was supposed to be good work against bright light. In this category the ZD 14-54 mm doesn’t disgrace the system although in specific and the most difficult conditions, with bright sunlight in the frame corner, we can always notice some artifacts anyway. They don’t disappear even at the maximum focal lengths which can be seen in the pictures below. Fortunately, these effects are neither intense nor big.
