Lens review

Samyang 24 mm f/1.4 ED AS UMC

10 February 2012
Arkadiusz Olech

9. Ghosting and flares

When it comes to the work against bright light the lens should be praised. Artifacts which can be seen at the maximum relative aperture are small although in this case huge vignetting might help to damp them down – after all it darkens significant parts of the frame. The flares increase a bit on stopping down but even then they are not especially intensive.
