Sigma S 60-600 mm f/4.5-6.3 DG OS HSM
9. Ghosting and flares
All these factors make us say that it’s better to keep the Sigma S 60-600 mm far from sources of strong, bright light because if you don’t distinct artefacts and contrast loss are practically guaranteed. Respectively we can’t assess the performance in this category as good or even average. Such lenses as the Sigma S 150-600 mm or the Nikkor 200-500 mm, even if they didn’t impress with their results in this category, still managed to perform better. Of course you have to remember none of them featured such a wide focal range and so complex optics inside.
