Astigmatism, understood as an average difference between horizontal and vertical MTF50 function values, amounted to 8.4% which we consider a moderate value – no reasons to complain here.

Defocused circles of light look sensibly well, especially for a wide angle lens. In the middle of the circle you can notice a slight effect of onion rings bokeh (connected, most likely, to the presence of aspherical elements inside the lens) but it is not especially intensive. Mechanical vignetting seems to be a more serious problem, as, by f/2.0 and f/2.8, it truncates the circles in frame corners rather strongly.
