Astigmatism, understood and an average difference between horizontal and vertical MTF50 function values, amounted to 9.4% and it is a result on the borderline between low and medium level. No reasons to complain here.

Appearance of out-of-focus images can be called sensible and nothing more. You can spot concentric circles in discs, a result of using aspherical elements in the construction. Discs in frame corners feature noticeably brighter rims and also mechanical vignetting makes the whole situation worse, as it remains visible even on stopping down the aperture by 2 EV.
