Pros:
- solid, weather-sealed mechanical construction,
- excellent image quality in the frame centre,
- very good image quality on the edge of the APS-C sensor,
- good image quality on the edge of full frame,
- moderate lateral chromatic aberration,
- very low coma,
- good correction of astigmatism,
- moderate vignetting on the APS-C sensor,
- quite fast and silent autofocus.
Cons:
- huge vignetting on full frame,
- distinct distortion level,
- performance against bright light leaves something to be desired,
- noticeable spherical aberration.

Of course my complaining cannot change the fact that the tested lens is a well-put-together instrument. However, I admit that, while looking at the number of elements, its aperture fastness, and the price, my expectations grew. Perhaps they grew too high...
