5. Chromatic aberration

The lateral chromatic aberration correction is quite decent for a lens with such parameters. At most of apertures and focal lengths the CA value is medium. There are two exceptions to the rule: the area near the maximum relative aperture at 70 mm, where the aberration reaches the borderline between the medium and high level and the 35 mm focal length, where on stopping down the aberration decreases to the borderline between medium and low.

The lens, like most of other slow constructions, doesn’t have almost any problems when it comes to the longitudinal chromatic aberration.
