Canon EF 200 mm f/2.0L IS USM
1. Introduction
What’s interesting the history of the fastest 200 mm class lenses, produced by Canon, goes back to 1988, when the model EF 200 mm f/1.8L USM hit the shelves; it is enjoying almost a cult status today. The lens was withdrawn from production due to the fact that there was too much lead glass inside. It was superseded in 2008 by the EF 200 mm f/2.0L IS USM, slower but stabilized. Today it’s our great pleasure to present a full review of that interesting optical instrument – enjoy!
We would like to thank Canon Poland - they provided the lens for testing purposes.
