9. Ghosting and flares
Despite that fact the Voigtlander failed completely when it comes to damping down unwanted reflections. The situation is especially bad near the maximum relative aperture – big, intensive light artifacts can be caught no matter whether the sun is inside the frame or you move it far away from the frame corners. It looks really hopeless – the presence of such distinct flares might suggest that somebody has forgotten to blacken the edges of elements at all. Voigtlander is a world renowned optical company and such a situation simply shouldn't have happened at all...
