Pros:
- very good image quality in the frame centre across the whole focal range,
- good image quality on the edge of the APS-C sensor,
- sensible image quality on the edge of full frame,
- negligible longitudinal chromatic aberration,
- moderate lateral chromatic aberration,
- low spherical aberration in the 70-125 mm range,
- slight astigmatism,
- excellent coma correction,
- silent, quite quick, and accurate autofocus,
- slight vignetting on the APS-C sensor,
- practically zero focus breathing,
- good price/performance ratio.
Cons:
- a bit too high pincushion distortion,
- significant vignetting on full frame,
- spherical aberration makes itself felt on the maximum focal length.
