In order to make this test more interesting we would like to show an image of a bright star put in the upper left-hand corner of the frame. The result is in accordance with the photos of the diode – but now, at 150 mm, the dimension of coma our star turns into is bigger.

Astigmatism, understood as an average difference between horizontal and vertical MTF50 function values, amounted to just 5.5%. It's a value on the borderline of low and very low level, not giving us any reasons to complain.
The appearance of out-of-focus images is very sensible for a zoom lens. You don't see any seriously disturbing features but, if you look closer, you can notice slight traces of onion ring bokeh stemming from using as many as three aspherical elements inside the lens. You can also have some reservations concerning the level of mechanical vignetting that makes itself felt even on stopping down the aperture by 2 EV and remains clearly visible.
