Fujifilm Fujinon XF 50 mm f/1.0 R WR
1. Introduction
The official launch of the Fujinon XF 50 mm f/1 R WR took place on 3rd September 2020 and then we found out that it is a lens noticeably smaller and lighter than the 33 mm device, planned before. Still it remains rather big and heavy, quite understandable if you take into account its parameters.
Such no-compromise lenses are often a show of strength for a given producer - they can show their best technology off without any limitations concerning physical dimensions and also the price. Devices of that type are often able to break resolution records, literally defining new standards for a given system. Will the Fujinon 1/50 be such a lens? The answer you'll find in the following chapters – enjoy your reading!
